We are teaming up with Main Plaza for a second year to showcase films submitted in the City of San Antonio Office of Cultural Affairs Neighborhood Film Competition.

The Neighborhood Film Project 3.0 is a film competition initiated by the Office of Cultural Affairs (OCA) devoted to telling the story of the people, places, and shared experiences that make San Antonio a vibrant and celebrated city for residents and visitors. The competition was originally established three years ago (2009-2010) to enhance the local filmmaking community and provide opportunities for local filmmakers to produce new works.
